What is the Service?
I work with people in their business or in their life. My service is to Educate, Facilitate, Mediate and Integrate. We begin with a challenge and transform it into an opportunity. My premise is to value and appreciate all your current resources to create a system and grow your business or life in fair exchange. Together we implement systems and establish infrastructure and standards to maximise benefit and minimise cost.
In business I provide consultation and coaching services for emerging or SMEs across industry.
I work with individuals using the Demartini and a variety of other methods in Coaching, Mentoring or Transformation activities.
My Guiding Principles
As a philosopher, teacher, community leader and author, I devote my life to the rhythm, flow and pulse of every science and field of study in time, space and beyond on purpose. The business of Art is expression, freedom and creation. The Art of Business is order, system and form. The synthesis of Art and Business in an Education format is my Goal. The fundamentals of life - the Natural, Cognitive, Behavioral, Social and Neural sciences which in turn govern the seven fields of study: Health, Humanities, Environment, Economics, Social, Business and Logos are built on millions of systems each with its own purpose. Together I work in synergy with what you have and where you are right now towards what you want and where you would LOVE to be.

Nichola Burton
Nicki is a Level 2 Certified Teacher in The Demartini Method (R), and qualified in Workplace Training and Assessment (IV) and Front Line Management (IV). Her cause in her business life is to work in synchronicity with the earth, seasons and celestial elements incorporating all laws of nature into a never ending stream of system creation. Her career journey has been from recording and performing artist to agent to software design to artist management to publicist to business owner/manager and systems specialist. Nominated for the 2008 Telstra Business awards, Nicki is a student of life and regularly travels the world studying, working, researching and teaching. A director of The Pushworth Group since 1990 and Contractual Obligations since 1998, her experience in the Corporation, Education, Operation and Performance sides of the Entertainment Industry plus the privilege of having four children has perfectly trained her for the business of life.
Values Order
The first law of expansion is order. For something to grow, it needs system. Cut open an orange and examine the symmetry of a tree or a beehive. HGIT prides itself on the development of processes, programs, systems, training, protocols and audit processes to enhance the operational aspects of all clients therefore increasing their potential for income and profit within a sound structure.
Fair Exchange
Money is just one unit of exchange where we express our power as a creator. It is impossible to run out of units of exchange. It is our choice how we express our power money, knowledge, love, friendship, business, imagination or resources. Appreciation
The knowing of oneself and ones body and the Natural Laws and looking at life through the matrix of balance is the only effective way of managing the resource of life. If one does NOT manage ones own resources then another external entity will by the laws of Nature. Waste not Want not.
Elements
In nature, growth occurs between the opposing forces of gravity and friction. Every business is a living breathing entity a life force in itself and as such has cycles and seasons like the rest of Nature. I flow with and value each cycle, season growth and stagnation phase.
